From her primitive inception in 1607 A.D., America has become the only guiding light to the religiously, politically and economically oppressed in the world.  As the oppressed made their way to this new land settlements, cities and colonies began to spring up.  As this frontier was being shaped the air was electric with an expectation that something great was being formed, something unique was being created by their very hands and in front of their very eyes.  By the sweat and toil of these once oppressed people the frontier began to take shape, homes were built, cities grew, societies created and eventually governments formed.

These proto-Americans  penned laws and created written constitutions which they used to guide their daily lives.  The laws and constitutions were as unique as the people settling the country, the land itself and the nation being birthed.  Those settling this land believed it was God’s guiding Providence which lead them to this land.  Christopher Columbus had been sent by his Queen to find the new world and his orders were to spread the gospel.  One of his first acts as he landed on shore was to dedicate this new land to God in prayer.  It would be almost a hundred years before others followed but when they did they too came believing they were being guided by God’s hand to tame this wilderness, create a new home and bring his gospel to this land.  The one belief every each person who settled and developed this great land was that all humans had been given the inalienable right by their Creator to worship him according to the dictates of their conscience.  The laws they created provided protection from governments creating and imposing a particular form of or establishing a religion upon the people so they would be free to chose their relationship with the Creator.  But this uniqueness did not end there.  The new Societies protected the individual’s freedom to practice religion as they saw fit but also combined the spiritual and civil.  The heart of these new founded civil governments and the source of the newly created laws rested upon the Judeo-Christian values found in the Bible.  History clearly and unequivocally gives her testimony to this fact.

We now turn to today.  Recently, the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches have combined together to redact history, reinterpret and reapply the Constitution and erode our political and religious rights.  The rallying cry is President Jefferson’s response to the Danbury Baptists that there is a “wall of separation between church and state.”  This phrase as well as Madison’s form of it has been interpreted in such a way as to provide the Judicial authority to remove the Judeo-Christian value system from the public square leaving the field open to secularism and Progressive ideals.  Together these politically motivated Judicial interpretations is the mother whom gave birth to organizations like the ACLU, NAACP and the Americans United for Separation of Church and State.   We have now been informed, as if they found something which did not previously exist, by godless politicians, Judicial activists, immoral people and historically inept and morally debased advocacy groups that our great nation is not and has never been built on Judeo-Christian principles, the political environment is to be freed from Judeo-Christian values and the extent of the exercise of our religion is subject to the whim of Progressive political expediency.

I disagree.  Scripture clearly tells us that the nations of this world owe their creation and continuing being to the Creator mentioned so often in the State Constitutions, the prologue of the Declaration of Independence and in the first verse of the Bible (Job 12:23).  It is the Jehovah of Abraham, Issac and Jacob who plants the nations ripping  them up and discarding them at his will.  It is the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who draws and resets national boundaries (Acts 17:26 ).   The Scripture,  in concert with our founding fathers, declares that it is the God who raises the dead that had a hand in the establishment and continuing being of America.  America is a great nation and is worth the effort to save.  This nation has produced more Christians, who have given more time, money and blood to the Lord’s cause that any other nation.  But this nation is not great because of its Constitution nor its Declaration of Independence.   It is not great because of her political institutions, no matter how unique, nor its powerful military.  America is not great because of the ingenuity of her people nor the richness of her of resources.  America is great because of the goodness of her people.  This goodness is called virtue. Interestingly, the Scripture and our founding fathers both agree that America stands or falls, succeeds or fails solely upon her virtue. Our national fathers defined virtue in religious principles that are solidly grounded within the writings of Holy Writ.  America was birthed, weaned and raised upon Judeo-Christian values and how she responds to these values in the present will determine her future.

The purpose of this site is to examine the claims that America was and is not based on Judeo-Christian values, to provide evidence that these claims are viciously false and to encourage America to return to her rightful values before it is too late.

I Am the Flag of America

I am the flag of the United States of America.
My name is Old Glory.
I fly atop the world’s tallest buildings.
I stand watch in America’s halls of justice.
I fly majestically over institutions of learning.
I stand guard with power in the world.
Look up and see me.

I stand for peace, honor, truth and justice.
I stand for freedom.
I am confident.
I am arrogant.
I am proud.

When I am flown with my fellow banners,
