Tyranny?

By now, I am sure that you, the reader, have heard of the Health Care bill(s) which are circulating in the House and Senate.  I am sure we would agree that there are numerous reasons why this national project is unhealthy for the nation, injurious to your health, painful to your pocket book and cancerous to the Constitution.

I am also sure that you have heard that Congress has decided to opt themselves out of the public option should it become “law.” Did you know though the Framers defined this action as tyranny? Madison wrote:

“I will add, as a fifth circumstance in the situation of the House of Representatives, restraining them from oppressive measures, that they can make no law which will not have its full operation on themselves and their friends, as well as on the great mass of the society. This has always been deemed one of the strongest bonds by which human policy can connect the rulers and the people together. It creates between them that communion of interests and sympathy of sentiments, of which few governments have furnished examples; but without which every government degenerates into tyranny. If it be asked, what is to restrain the House of Representatives from making legal discriminations in favor of themselves and a particular class of the society? I answer: the genius of the whole system; the nature of just and constitutional laws; and above all, the vigilant and manly spirit which actuates the people of America, a spirit which nourishes freedom, and in return is nourished by it.” (Federalist Paper #57)

So, whenever those have been elected to the House of Representatives refuse to participate in the very laws they imposed on their bosses i.e., We The People, they have become tyrants.  Friends, if the Health Care Bill with the public option passes and the House of Representatives continues to refuse to participate in what they are imposing on We The People our Constitutional Republic has moved that much further toward tyranny!

It is not hopeless.  We can stop the tyranny being imposed upon us by both Democrats and Republicans.  We must:

1) Return to and teach the Judeo-Christian values upon which this great nation is based.

2) Return America to the Declaration of Independence and Constitution as originally intended by our Framers. Emphasize Amendments 1, 2 and 10.  Repeal every amendment that distorts the Framers’ original intentions.

3)  Take back the House and Senate and elect only those who will follow the original intent of the Declaration of Independence and Constitution.

4) Take back the Supreme Court and remove Constitutionally all who refuse to follow the Declaration of Independence and Constitution as originally intended.

5) We must educate the nation which means (1) take back the Educational system from Progressives and (2) start home studies on the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.

As one American hero said:  “Lets rock and roll!”

  1. Foxwood says:

Do you believe the Constitution is the rule of law?
Do you believe in the original intent of our founding fathers?
Do you want to reform Congress? If your answer is yes, we have
to work together to make this happen.
